- Agile Project Experience: You should have at least 1,500 hours of experience working on agile project teams or with agile methodologies. This experience should have been earned within the last three years.
- Training in Agile Practices: You need to complete at least 21 hours of training in agile practices. This can be achieved through various agile-related courses or workshops.
Once you meet the eligibility requirements, you can apply for the PMI-ACP certification exam. The exam consists of 120 multiple-choice questions and is typically completed within three hours. It covers a wide range of agile topics, including agile principles and mindset, value-driven delivery, stakeholder engagement, team performance, adaptive planning, problem detection and resolution, and continuous improvement.
