Prerequisites and Eligibility For Training
A minimum of 2,000 hours (12 months) of general project experience working with project teams in the last five years
At least 1,500 hours (8 months) of experience working on Agile project teams or with Agile methodologies within the last three years.
A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or global equivalent) is required.
Completion of at least 21 contact hours of formal training in Agile practices from a recognized provider.
While not mandatory, becoming a PMI member provides cost savings on the exam fee and access to additional resources.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of Agile principles and be actively engaged in Agile project environments before applying.
